Contestants must have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and be vocational colleges and technical colleges (including Higher Vocational, Secondary Vocational and Technical Schools) Full time students of Urban Rail Transit Vehicles and related majors have good moral character and no bad records.
The number of finalists will be allocated according to the number of participating institutions in each province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government:
1. For provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions with less than three (including three) participating institutions, take the first place in the preliminary contest to participate in the final;
2. If there are more than three provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions participating in the preliminary contest, the first two will be selected to participate in the final contest;
3. The participating institutions are not allowed to form teams across institutions. Each institution is limited to one team.
